The Bronx Bombers had no problem beating the Chicago Titans, 12-1, at Bronx Ballpark. David Fuller led the way. He was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for Bronx. The Bombers raised their record to 53-82.

With runners on 1st and 2nd and no one out in the bottom of the sixth inning, left fielder Richard Hilder delivered big for the Bombers. Bronx was leading 6-1 when he belted a 3-run home run.
