Roux, Gamblers Fall to Jacks
The Jacksonville Jacks outlasted Lorenzo Roux and the Las Vegas Gamblers, 9-7. Roux was impressive in the loss. The Las Vegas second baseman went 4 for 4 with a double and 3 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. Earning his 16th save of the year was Hariz Sahir. Their 37-36 record puts the Jacks 5th in the Thurman Munson League Billy Martin Division.

Will McMahon delivered a big hit for the Jacks. The veteran center fielder belted a grand slam home run in the top of the third. The longball put Jacksonville on top, 5-0. Overall, McMahon was 1-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Chris Schell said.
