Star of the Week Awarded in PL Monday, April 26th, 2027 It was a sweet day for Ichiyo Yano of the ORIX Buffaloes, who found out he has been named the Pacific League Player of the Week. The Buffaloes shortstop put up a solid .391 average and contributed 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to claim the honors. Thus far in 2027 Yano is hitting .345 with 7 home runs, 35 RBIs, 36 runs scored and has compiled a .443 OBP. |
