Tzu-jao Sun Out for 5 Months Saturday, April 24th, 2027 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Swallows when after today's game against the Giants, the club found out they would be without the services of Tzu-jao Sun for at least 5 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Sun was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a partially torn labrum. To date this year Sun has fashioned a 2.70 ERA over 40 innings with a 4-0 record. He has made 23 relief appearances with 38 strikeouts and no saves. |
