Injury Forces Toshiharu Nii Out Thursday, March 11th, 2027 Toshiharu Nii of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks was injured in today's game against ORIX and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and he is expected to be out for up to 15-16 months. It happened while Nii was throwing a pitch. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." |
