Fresno State Narrowly Wins Cliff Gustafson Thursday, May 20th, 2027 The Cliff Gustafson crown was certainly in question throughout the season, but the Fresno State Bulldogs have now finally claimed it. With a record of Cliff Gustafson, the club has won its 3rd division title. "It's special," starting pitcher Dan Thompson said when asked to sum up his feelings. "It's easy to take for granted what it's like to be on a winning team, but everyone who has ever been on a loser knows how sweet this is." Team manager Bobby Miller said the focus for his club will now shift towards getting ready for the playoffs, where the team will be trying to win the 3rd championship in franchise history. |
