Crawford Chosen #1 Player Monday, April 19th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Skip Bertman League, but last week Scott Crawford of the Wake Forest Demon Deacans reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Crawford rocked opposing pitching for a .483 average (14-for-29), 5 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. Thus far this season Crawford has hit .354 with 7 home runs, 16 RBIs and scored 17 times. |
