Hinkamp Chosen #1 Player Monday, September 20th, 2027 So far in his young career, Denie Hinkamp has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Ford Frick League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Sandy Springs Spartans second baseman hit at a torrid .400 clip as he collected 10 hits in 25 at-bats, 2 home runs, 12 RBIs and 6 runs scored. For the season Hinkamp is batting .289 with 127 hits and 14 home runs. He has scored 59 times and batted in 56. |
