FFL Premier Pitcher is Rock River's Wilson Wednesday, September 1st, 2027 In August, Tom Wilson tore through the Ford Frick League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Rock River starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 2.76 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 32.2 innings he collected 41 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .223 average. Thus far this season, Wilson has tossed 96.2 innings in 16 starts, fanned 101 batters, walked 33 and put up a 4.19 ERA with 7 wins and 7 losses. |
