Pacifica's Martínez Injured, Out of Lineup Wednesday, July 21st, 2027 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Silicon Valley Hackers, Shamrocks starting pitcher Carlos Martínez was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 12 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Pacifica skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow. |
