Miron Caps Great Week Monday, May 3rd, 2027 So far in his young career, Jon Miron has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Alexander Cartwright League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats left fielder hit at a torrid .556 clip as he collected 10 hits in 18 at-bats, 4 home runs, 13 RBIs and 10 runs scored. For the season Miron has produced 37 hits in 90 at-bats for a .411 average with 5 home runs and gotten on base at a .509 clip. |
