FFL Star of the Week Honored Monday, April 19th, 2027 24-year-old Ekansa Sathiamoorthy made a few Rock River headlines during this past week as the rookie catcher proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Ford Frick League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 19 at-bats to put up a .579 average. Sathiamoorthy collected 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and scored 4 runs. |
