Bats Hideyori Ohayashi Sidelined Friday, September 17th, 2027 The Austin Bats will be without the services of Hideyori Ohayashi for 12-13 months after an incident in a game against the Detroit Death Stars. The 25-year-old closer was injured while throwing a pitch and suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Currently Ohayashi has 9 saves. In 29 relief appearances he has hurled 29 innings, struck out 42 and issued 27 walks with a 2-5 record. The Austin reliever has recorded a 5.28 ERA and allowed the opposition to hit .306 when he is on the mound. |
