KSL Trophy Goes to Ramos of El Paso Monday, August 23rd, 2027 So far in his young career, Jesús Ramos has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Kade Stenson League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old El Paso Diablos second baseman hit at a torrid .500 clip as he collected 13 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Ramos is hitting at a .268 mark this season. His stats show 10 home runs, 69 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He has played 116 games for the Diablos. |
