Ridin' High: Hara Hits for Cycle Saturday, June 12th, 2027 Most fans have never seen a player get a single, double, triple and home run all in one game -- but it happened today at Golden Fleece Park. Akio Hara of the Astoria Argonauts hit for the cycle against Vancouver. He went 4-for-4 in the 14-10 victory, scored 3 runs and had 5 RBI. It was a day to remember for both Hara and the fans. Akio Hara walked in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Jorge Escobar in the 3rd, tripled in the 6th and singled in the 7th. This season Hara is batting .283 with 7 home runs. He has scored 38 runs and driven in 31. |
