This promising rookie first baseman for El Paso garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 26-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .529 (9-for-17) with 5 home runs and 12 RBIs last week. For the season Waters has hit .356 with 10 home runs and 29 RBIs.
