Dougherty Bashes 5 Base Hits Saturday, April 10th, 2027 Wayne Dougherty of the Austin Bats outhit everybody on the field today at The Cave at Barton Springs, but all for naught. Dougherty personally tore up the Chicago Titans with a 5-for-7 day, yet his club went down to defeat 3-2. Wayne Dougherty singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, doubled in the 9th, grounded out in the 11th and singled in the 13th. Thus far this year Dougherty is hitting .393 with no home runs, 1 RBIs and 8 runs scored. |
