TML Announces Top Player Award Friday, November 12th, 2027 Kansas City's Matt Winters put the wraps on a fine campaign today by winning the 2027 Thurman Munson League Most Valuable Player Award. The 32-year-old veteran scorched the opposition with a .389 average, picking up 255 hits, 29 doubles, 5 triples, 18 home runs and 131 RBIs, while scoring 113 runs. Curt Hall of the Kansas City Tornadoes finished second in voting, while Juan López of the San Francisco Earthquakes finished third. |
