Wild Card Clinched by Sasquatch Tuesday, September 28th, 2027 The Seattle Sasquatch could very well have acquired some new fans late this season, as the team's 2027 playoff chase saw them win the wild card as the season wound to a close. "It's a pretty exciting time to be a fan of the Sasquatch. I think we had people on the edge of their seats wondering what would happen," said starting pitcher Rob Young. What ended up happening is that the team's 86-74 record has allowed it to move on to the postseason, with a chance to win the 1st ABL World Series in franchise history. "It's only going to get more exciting from here on in," Young said. |
