Xiu on a Hot Streak, TML Player of the Week Monday, September 27th, 2027 The Player of the Week has been announced by the Thurman Munson League. The honor went to Lai-hsiang Xiu, first baseman of the Portland Beavers. He burned up the league with a .476 average to win the award. Xiu went 10-for-21 for the week, totaled 4 home runs with 9 RBIs and scored 5 times. Presently Xiu is hitting .314 with 29 home runs and 90 RBIs. He has played in 139 games and scored 82 times. |
