Another Setback For Mile High's Jen-djieh Chen Wednesday, September 1st, 2027 A bit of bad luck has fallen on the Mile High Mustangs today as they learned that left fielder Jen-djieh Chen had suffered a setback in his recovery from a quad strain and will miss more time than expected. The team's doctors had been optimistic about the player's return date, but have now rescinded the original date. The initial guess at how much more time he'll miss is 4-5 weeks. Looking at his present stats, Chen has compiled a .346 batting average in 93 games with a .394 on-base percentage, while hitting 6 home runs and driving in 49 runs. |
