Bad News for Edmonton, Luca Hatch Hurt Saturday, July 31st, 2027 The Edmonton Eskimos were dealt a severe blow when Luca Hatch was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Oakland Storm Chasers. After the game, the team trainer reported Hatch might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 24-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with radial nerve compression. They indicated it would take Hatch at least 9 months to heal. This season Hatch has compiled a 4-11 mark with a 5.86 ERA in 24 starts. |
