So Cal Swaps Zabel to Portland for Garrett Monday, July 12th, 2027 Signed ... sealed ... and delivered. So Cal has worked out terms of a deal to send 17-year-old minor league LHP Javier Ballina, 19-year-old minor league RHP Hou-kang Li, 18-year-old minor league RHP Juan Pérez, 20-year-old minor league C Kiemon Matsunaga and 18-year-old minor league RF Gerd Zabel to Portland for 33-year-old RHP Steve Garrett. Both teams expect to introduce their new players at press conferences later in the week. To date this year Garrett has 16 saves with a 4-7 mark and 4.20 ERA. |
