Masayoshi Sai Wins RCL Trophy Monday, July 12th, 2027 So far in his young career, Masayoshi Sai has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Roberto Clemente League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Brooklyn Black Knights right fielder hit at a torrid .579 clip as he collected 11 hits in 19 at-bats, 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and 6 runs scored. For the season Sai is currently batting .347 with 6 home runs and 21 RBIs. In 23 games he has reached base at a .444 rate and scored 19 runs to date. |
