Bad News for Patriots, Poole Injured Saturday, July 3rd, 2027 It took the Manhattan Beach team doctor a while to realize it, but starting pitcher Howard Poole won't simply play through a torn rotator cuff after he got hurt throwing a pitch in today's Sasquatch-Patriots game. At first, it looked like Poole might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 13-14 months. |
