Minnesota Befuddled by Soto Wednesday, June 23rd, 2027 Lorenzo Soto of the Duke City Danger spun his magic on the Minnesota Berserkers today. He blanked them 6-0 on 2 hits, registering 10 strikeouts and 1 walk. "The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Soto said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down." Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, the Duke City skipper said, "We got solid pitching, good defense and we took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations. This was just a solid performance by everyone." Soto has made 13 starts this season, posting 4 wins and 6 losses. Opposing clubs are batting .260 against him and he has 62 strikeouts in 95.2 innings with a 4.05 ERA. |
