Thurman Munson League Names Rookie of Month Tuesday, June 1st, 2027 Marshall Dempsey earned May's Rookie of the Month honors in the Thurman Munson League for last month's performance. The boyish Mile High first baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Dempsey hit .345 with 12 home runs, 29 RBIs and 20 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. A look at his season totals shows Dempsey with 15 home runs, .340 BA, .391 OBP, 36 RBIs and 29 runs scored. |
