Mustangs Chill O'Neil's Hot Streak Thursday, May 20th, 2027 Mark O'Neil of the Georgia Grays came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 4 at-bats. That put a quick end to his 22-game hitting streak. To make matters even worse, Georgia dropped the game to the Mile High Mustangs 5-2. In a postgame comment O'Neil told the press, "It was not a good day today. We lost the game and the streak is over." O'Neil is hitting .405 this year with 3 home runs and 20 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .427, 4 walks and scored 24 times. |
