Eskimos Cruz Suffers Injury Friday, May 7th, 2027 Eskimos reliever Luis Cruz will be spending 7 months on the shelf according to his manager. He was hurt in a recent game against Quebec throwing a pitch and suffered a torn rotator cuff. The Edmonton GM told BNN no decision had been made on his replacement. He said an announcement was forthcoming, probably tomorrow. Checking out his season stats to date, Cruz has no saves in 8 relief appearances with a 1-0 record and 5.11 ERA. |
