Minnesota RP Avery Bennett Injured Thursday, April 15th, 2027 Earlier today, Minnesota reliever Avery Bennett had to leave the game against Washington because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a stretched elbow ligament and will miss 9 months of play. Bennett was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. So far this year Bennett has nailed down no saves. His won-lost record is 1-1 with a 10.13 ERA. |
