Riverside Red Bulls Ace Named ACL Silver Slugger Award Monday, November 9th, 2026 When you have the type of year Enrique Baldivía did, it's no surprise when you get named the recipient of the Silver Slugger Award. The 26-year-old captured the award for the Alexander Cartwright League today, after a year in which the Riverside Red Bulls pitcher excelled. In 33 starts he piled up 199 innings, had 290 strikeouts with 51 walks and a 2.08 ERA. Baldivía held opposing hitters to a .207 batting average and compiled a 7.8 WAR along the way. Fernando García of the West Coast Defenders finished second in voting, while Kohei Matsumoto of the Pacifica Shamrocks finished third. |
