Dallas, Houston Make Trade Friday, December 4th, 2026 The Dallas Texans announced a deal with the Apollos today, sending 31-year-old C Júlio Segura and 20-year-old minor league RHP John Patterson to Houston for 23-year-old minor league RHP Vicente Chávez and 19-year-old minor league RHP Yannick Lefort. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly. In his career Segura has gotten 990 hits with a .308 batting average, scored 471 runs, hit 109 home runs and driven in 476. To date Chávez's career stats show a 2-2 record with 3 saves and an ERA of 4.21. He has fanned 36 opposing hitters and held them to a .272 average. |
