Hops-Hornets Trade: Trenholm for Kimball Friday, December 4th, 2026 Everybody is overjoyed with a trade consummated today by the San Diego Hops and the Eureka Hornets. In the deal San Diego got 31-year-old LHP Jeff Kimball from Eureka and dealt 22-year-old minor league RHP Javier Galindo and 20-year-old minor league RF William Trenholm to the Hornets. The general managers that made the swap are happy and the players are happy, too. One of the GMs commented, "This was a good swap for all concerned." Kimball's career stats include a 86-47 record, 1234.2 innings, 709 strikeouts, and a 3.98 ERA. |
