Monday, November 16th, 2026
Jacksonville Jacks closer Ed Armstrong said he loves to come into the game when the outcome is in jeopardy.

He certainly did a good job of impacting his team's outcomes this season, as he has been named the winner of the 2026 Rolaids Relief Man Award for the Thurman Munson League.

"There's no better feeling than running in from the bullpen with the game on the line and your heart pumping," Armstrong said.

On the season, the Gastonia, North Carolina native had 43 saves in 73 relief appearances, 78 strikeouts in 81.1 innings and a record of 3 wins and 6 losses to go with his 1.88 ERA.

Adrien Clément of the Maple Marauders finished second in voting, while Ashoka Pancholi of the Eureka Hornets finished third.
