Tanner Johnson Top TML Hurler Monday, November 16th, 2026 The Cy Young Award for 2026 has been presented and the Thurman Munson League winner is Tanner Johnson of Portland. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Johnson. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Beavers star told reporters. Johnson excelled with an impressive 19-8 record in 32 starts. In 258.2 innings he yielded 210 hits and 36 walks, while striking out 239 and compiling a fine 2.02 ERA. Enrique Canó of the Georgia Grays finished second in voting, while Paul Barrett of the Eureka Hornets finished third. |
