PL Names Best Player Monday, August 25th, 2025 Swinging a hot stick last week, Masatake Kawashima picked up the Pacific League Player of the Week Award today. The 19-year-old right fielder for ORIX lashed 6 hits in 13 at-bats as he put together a .462 average with 2 home runs. Kawashima also drove in 5 runs, scored 4 times and compiled a .500 OBP. This season Kawashima is hitting .250 with 10 home runs. |
