Giants Center Fielder Kikuchi Injured Saturday, August 16th, 2025 Shino Kikuchi of the Yomiuri Giants could be headed for the disabled list after suffering a strained hip muscle in a game against the Tokyo Yakult Swallows. He is expected to miss at least 6-7 months. The Yomiuri center fielder was injured running the bases. Presently Kikuchi is batting .272 and has collected 8 home runs, 17 RBIs, .383 OBP and scored 25 runs. |
