CL Player of the Week Awarded Monday, August 4th, 2025 It was a sweet day for Shojiro Watanabe of the Hanshin Tigers, who found out he has been named the Central League Player of the Week. The Tigers shortstop put up a solid .778 average and contributed 2 home runs and 4 RBIs to claim the honors. To date this season Watanabe is hitting .315 with 4 home runs. |
