Kiyomasu Nakamura Out of Action Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 Medical officials from the Saitama Seibu Lions reported that the club's 18-year-old reliever, Kiyomasu Nakamura, suffered radial nerve compression in yesterday's matchup against the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters while throwing a pitch. Nakamura is expected to miss 11 months of action. Taking a look at his season, Nakamura has made 16 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 2-0 won-lost mark and a 10.35 ERA. In pitching 20 innings, he has totaled 24 strikeouts and 22 walks. |
