Hawks Come up Short of Playoffs Saturday, July 12th, 2025 It will be a long offseason for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks organization. The team came close, but have ultimately failed to make this year's playoffs. Before this season, the Hawks last missed the playoffs in 2023. In the 13 years they have been a NIPPON BASEBALL LEAGUE franchise, they have missed the playoffs 10 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 7 times.
