Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Starting Pitcher Hurt Saturday, June 21st, 2025 Whether he wants it or not, Jit wei Duan of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters will be getting some R & R -- rest and relaxation. The starting pitcher was hurt in today's Fighters-Tigers game while throwing a pitch. Team officials announced after the game that Duan had suffered radial nerve compression and would be out of action for 11-12 months. |
