Masuda Wins CL Batter of the Month Sunday, June 1st, 2025 When Kijuro Masuda stepped up to the plate in May, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the Central League Batter of the Month award. The young Hiroshima Toyo first baseman posted a .323 batting average with 8 home runs, 20 RBIs and scored 18 runs. Masuda also worked pitchers for 17 walks to post a .463 on-base percentage. Masuda is currently batting .315 with 22 home runs and 56 RBIs. |
