20 Games in a Row for Inoue Saturday, May 31st, 2025 It has been quite a while since somebody stopped Tadasu Inoue without a hit in a game. The Tigers couldn't do it in today's game at Ballpark of Otofuke College. The Chiba Lotte Marines shortstop banged out 3 hits and extended his hitting streak to 20 consecutive games in his club's 16-14 victory. Tadasu Inoue singled in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and walked in the 8th. Thus far this year Inoue is hitting .256 with 4 home runs, 26 RBIs and 56 runs scored. |
