SS Cho Given 2-Game Suspension Saturday, May 17th, 2025 Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters shortstop Do-hyung Cho has been suspended 2 games in conjuction with his ejection yesterday for arguing a third-strike call in the Tohoku Rakuten game at Sailboats Ballpark. Cho did not immediately return to the dugout and continued to yell and scream at the home plate umpire. The league said it will not condone this type of conduct and issued the suspension. For the year Cho is batting .214 with 4 home runs, 16 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |
