PL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, April 14th, 2025 Tamotsu Yamashita of the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Pacific League. The 20-year-old right fielder put up a .455 average with a .571 on-base percentage, racking up 10 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Yamashita has a .283 average and a .394 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 30 hits, 10 home runs and driven in 23 runs. |
