Red-Hot Rampage Reaps PL Reward Monday, April 7th, 2025 So far in his young career, Yodo Tashima has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Pacific League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old ORIX Buffaloes second baseman hit at a torrid .421 clip as he collected 8 hits in 19 at-bats, 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Currently Tashima is batting .261 with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs and 16 runs scored. |
