Great Stroke: Magaso Gets 5 Hits Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 James Magaso really sizzled at the plate in today's 19-3 win over Buffaloes. The Chiba Lotte left fielder blistered ORIX for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Magaso was too tough to get out today," the Buffaloes skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." James Magaso singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Yasuo Kumatani in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. So far this season Magaso has hit .288 with 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and and scored 11 times. |
