PL Top Batter Trophy Won by Rin Saturday, June 1st, 2024 Not known for his offensive prowess, Hirofumi Rin set the league afire in May and took home the Pacific League Batter of the Month award. The Fukuoka SoftBank first baseman posted a steady .350 batting average, 8 home runs, 21 RBIs and 17 runs. Thus far this season in 50 games Rin is batting .326 with 21 home runs, 57 RBIs and 46 runs scored. He has 62 hits in 190 at-bats. |
