Rin of Fukuoka SoftBank Crowned Best Player Monday, August 28th, 2023 The Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks received word today that first baseman Hirofumi Rin was selected Pacific League Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Rin took full advantage of all 14 plate appearances last week as he hit .462 with 6 hits, no home runs, 0 RBIs and no runs scored. This season Rin is batting .355 with 21 home runs. |
