Fukuoka SoftBank's Kojima Shuts Out Tigers Friday, June 16th, 2023 Namboku Kojima of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks was masterful today, pitching a 3-hit 10-0 shutout against the Hanshin Tigers and giving his bullpen a rest by going the distance. According to his manager, "He had command of every ball and every pitch... great location, too." Kojima had 7 strikeouts and issued 2 walks in an impressive outing. So far this season Kojima has 10 wins and 4 losses and a 2.45 ERA. |
